Cayman islands realty company stole commissions

The broker of cayman real estate company, toni paolini, is a liar, cheat, and poor business man.
He is using any and all escrow deposits to float the company's payments, ie: rent, utilities, personal expenses, etc.
He is using the slaesmans commissions to keep the company afloat.
He never paid my due commissions at closing or for any leases that i completed - after one year, he owed me 15k ci. I have filed wth cireba for non-payment and they are doing nothing to rectify this.
Do not do business wth this company. Period.
