Ripoff lieing bad business no refund

Well I was completely unforunate enough to buy an adoption kit from this untruthful business. I bought and payed for it on Aug 16 and returned it on Aug 26 after receiving it via mail and finding it was not in fact what I needed here. I am posting a copy of the guarantee they have posted
"MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return merchandise within 30 days, in saleable conditions, for prompt refund. No questions asked."
Unforunately that is a complete scam as I quickly found out not only did they never send my refund but when I contacted them twice to find out what was going on they refused to respond then I went to better business burea and come to find out they have done the same thing before
