Online Bogus Company whose service does not work or refund

I went to the LookupMpnkey.com website and and they offer to look up phone numbers for free and give you information. They ask you to enter the phone number then it says the information is all available but you have to pay a fee of $. 99 and a note that because it is a cell phone the info is not free. So I think a buck is ok I am willing to pay that. Then they offer more deals and always say they offer 100% guarantee. So I fill out the info and credit card info and it says to continue to get report so I continue and they tell me now that they can't find any info for that number when only 2 pages back they said they found it gave the town and GPS data location and had all of the info I needed. Well I continue to try and they say that I still have my credit since the info was not available so enter another number which I don't need another number. So I think ok I will just contact them about this. Yeah right if you can find any contact info it must be invisible. I have searched and searched and can not find an email address or a customer service number or anything to call for a refund and to stop any other charges that they might charge in the future. I know it is only $. 99 but it is the principle of the matter that they don't do what they offer in their adds online. So as far as I am concerned they are a bogus rip off company that people need to be warned about. Enough said.
