They knew my complete address when I signed up, before they took my credit card information, and also the kind of info I was seeking, so they knew up front that they would not help me find out any Michigan info. That didn't stop them from taking my money, though.

There's no way to contact the company online to cancel an order or to complain about not getting the service I paid for, as they offer only a very limited number of questions that mean nothing at all. There'a no way to find an email address while online.

I will write a letter to the street address, along with my order number, which, thankfully, I did print.
