Stolen Credit Card Info - SAME OL STORY AS EVERYONE ELSE! Clear Lake California

When I 1st got this service it was a miracle - it was based in Clear Lake CA - gave you free fax number - everything was great. Then they offered for you to buy a number in your area code as your fax number which I did - this was in the 90's so it was the best thing available then. THEN things went down hill - to just take out all the middle crap - it came own to this last year. I had changed my CC info no less than 5 imes due to ID theft - there is no possible way efax had my info to charge - no cc number NADA!!! Not the right address - not the right contact info etc... Just as everyone else here. SO there it is one night all of a sudden I see a charge with a card number that had been cancelled FIVE VISA cards before - the next day - JUST LIKE MAGIC they had all my new CC info and charged my ard the yearly fee. I called efax to find out where they got the info - I was told that the info was "AUTOMATICALLY UPDATED BY VISA" - YEAH RIGHT...

I called VISA - they said NO WAY - I Called Merrill Lynch they said NO WAY - so - these people are credit card theifs - no two ways about it. I demanded a written explanation as to how they got my info - nothing has ever came. The account will be cancelled - unfortunately I have now had this number for so many years it will be a major problem...

FYI - this company also now has an office in IRELAND and right before all this happened I had just ordered soccer tickets through a broker in Ireland so my CC info was sent to them - HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

PLEASE SOMEONE PURSE CLASS ACTION - DO SOMETHING - I am disabled and have no ability to even pursue this. TALK ABOUT RIP OFF - efax J2 whatever theywant to call themselves - they are criminals.
