See If this rings a bell, no phone number to get help, paid the bill but still have no service, I used BPay cause I was short a couple of bucks (the kids needed food) so Iset it up paid the money and they cut me off anyway now want more money to get my service on, customer service rep says, "i can't do anything because that's the way the system is set up.

How about that $3.00 convinence fee for me to drive to your store and take a number, sit 2 hours to pay my bill. Convinence would be you drive to my house to get the money? That's worth 3 bucks.
