Bad Quality Policy, Apalling post sales service, Bad customer relations Jinan

This company really have landed our company with some difficult situations over the years that we have dealt withthem and now that we have said enough is enough we are left with faulty goods, no post sale support and no guarentee. Jinan Xuqiu has some very good products at some very attractive prices but on more than one occasion we have received an entire shipment which is very obviously faulty to which they have simply said that the problem must be our as "no-one else compain". We have wooden Eb clarients that they sent us (as the same model that we always buy) totally different in shape and aspect to which they say. These are the ones you usually buy they must be ok. We have received a whole order of Euphoniums that leak air, are not in tune etc to which they refuse to conceed there is any problem. All this merchandise we have sitting in our warehouse with no way to get rid of it.
They sold us a whole shipment of clarinets that had the barrels too small to fit a standard mouthpiece which we had to redrill here at a large cost. No refund offered.
These people are not professioanl and now do not want to answer our calls or emails.
We would like the world to know what they are getting involved in when dealing with this company as we understand there is no real way to do anything about our own situation.
