The website advertises musical instruments for sale. I opened a customer account with the vendor website. I attempted to purchase a Fender guitar from the website. The vendor required a Western Union wire transfer for payment. I sent the money and it was received and picked up by the vendor. I verified pick up with Western Union. My account on the website still shows them waiting for payment. The guitar has not been shipped and I have not received notification from the vendor for shipment. I have contacted the vendor several times for shipment status and now for a full refund. I have not received any response from the vendor. I filed a complaint with Western Union and IC3 on 08/15.
