Lied about the amount i would be paying

I had an old account with dish network when i was a subscriber when i first signed up a rep told me my bill would be $55-$65 and i would receive a gift card in the mail never received it because i got a promotion in the mail that said that he said i would have to put $65 on my card and that would be my monthly payment when i get the bill it was $100 then started to be $223 and then over $300 they lied about the amount i would be paying and i called to talk to them about it they could never explain why it was high and i chatted online with reps

One rep ronnie said my statement could not be used as proof when that was my statement from my card that they took money off of and they kept lying about not receiving payments and said i never paid them off which i did they are ripping people off and they lie to customers deceive them once you're a subscriber your payment is not $55 or $65 its over $100 $200 and $300 they ripped me off and tricked me and wouldn't accept my statements from my card as proof when i showed them proof that they took the money off of the card this is not a good business they are ripping people off and lying about the prices on their website
