Disgusted - True nightvision hd camera with Recording dv

My Husband & I though it would be a good idea to purchase a nanny camera. It took them 1month to deliver our goods, & another 2weeks to receive the SD card they failed to ship with our order. After numerous calls to their NYC office, A young lady had finally shipped one to us. And then to our surprise there was a recording of an African American male pleasuring himself on camera. We were horrified especially that both my children were present to witness this. One of their customer service representatives had the audacity to ask me to return it for further investigation. I have never seen such terrible service in my life. I am determined to make sure everyone I know will never buy from this company EVER!!! They employ perverts and their service is horrendous.
