Had to be called back three times to get hookup right.
Dish Network did not give this customer credit for payments. With Dish Network you are never paid up. Get a zero balance and they come up with more charges.
Took from Visa account without permission.
Did not get three months free as promised by Marcos, telephone representative. (1-877-692-2980 ext. 4547)
Dish Network insisted we owed $2.28, we paid the $2.28 sent payment by Money Order, kept copies for proof, sent money order so there was proof of it being received, and yes... They still insist we owe $2.28. They had to sign for it. We sent their payment by registered mail.
Dish Network has not sent us a written statement for many months. January 22 we did receive a written statement saying we owed them...$2.28.
From October until Jan. 30 we have paid Dish Network $572.66. Criminal would be the word to describe what this company has done to us. Our contract for tv channels was supposed to be $50 monthly.
In desperation I sent a letter for help from the GA Office of Consumer Affairs. They told me to keep all copies concerning business with Dish Network and to fax all copies to them. I did just that. That sent one letter February 26 saying they had contacted Dish Network. Dish Network left a message on my telephone to call "Honor" @ 720-514-7159. The person wanted a note left on her machine, I did that at approx 10 AM, haven't heard from her yet.
I will not respond to Dish network unless they communicate with me by regular mail.
