Terrible service on phone and internet site internet

Not only does it take 30 minutes to wait for the phone call, but they suggest using the internet.

It is impossible to sign up on the internet.

You put in the info, it takes forever (must be a terrible IT department) and never goes through. It states each time that it is "error occurred —AHSSYS0003: Error Occurred when trying to convert Web Service Object."

This is the worst warranty service I have ever used. Warning do not waste your money signing up for American HOme Shield.
