Bait & Switch Treated-technitian as well as customer service were rude, Treated me with no respect

Chapman carpet cleaned my carpet on september 10. The deal that I made over the phone was that I would remove all the little stuff in my house and that they will move the funiture and the price was $40.00 (they had a special on the add) Penny Saver-plus 2 dollar per stair (8 Steps on my stair)= $16.00.

When they came they said it was goin to be $39.00 for the stairs. Plus the $40.00 plus some other stuff they were charging. When I told him that that was no the deal the man was rude but since I took the day off and already had must of the funiture away but the sofas, coffe tabels and beds they said they will move them. We agreed to a total of $110.00 and he said he already gave me a good discount and he did not understand why customer service told me a different price.,

An hour later he told me he was he was done, but when I checked my place I found that he did not wash or move the sofas or the coffe tables or beds he just cleaned around them. When I asked him why he said he don't do tha't, he left I called the office and they said yhey will come back on Monday 13 to do that. On Monday asked a frind to go an wait for this people and they came an said that they not going to to that that if they want that claen I will need to pay $ 20.00 dollars more per room which are 3 plus living room. They left I contacted customer service. They said they could no help me.
I do feel that I have been ripped off and I want some to help me to stop this kind of abuse.
