Bad experience to me - Customer Service

I went into local DD to place my order and he is is very rude at me. Not sure why he is that much rude on me. I went with my father, mother and my 2 years kid. I used very dirty language that I can not mention. His name is, OWEN.

30 New Jersey Route 27, Edison, NJ 08820 It was not rush hour. He was just angry on most of the customers. Usually I went there so many times and that is my one of good place to drink coffee and spend some time. I will NOT go there again due to this rude "OWEN".

I don't know how to complaint on him.
