Loud - loud rude manager

I have enjoyed my morning cuppa at my local dunkin donuts on lefferts blvd, kew gardens for the past fifteen years. It has been a perfect place to read the paper and relax until the present manager arrived. He is quite a loud

Person and continually talks at the top of his very annoying voice. He also is extremely rude to customers and always likes to argue about little things especially to female customers.
He also does selective serving and will will not serve customers he does not like, deferring them to a colleague.

One morning i overheard a customer asking for some cold milk in her hot chocolate. He shouted from the other end of the counter (while serving someone else) " there is milk in there already" i happen to know that this woman has an ulcer and cannot drink very hot liquids. She is my neighbor and is too weak to argue.
