Do not do business with these folks

I considered a ecommerce Theme at TempateMonster.com (JetImpex Inc). An associate of the salesforce seemed about the the display via their online chat program. After addressing a number of my concerns. I bought the theme via Paypal.

After buying this theme it had been delivered to me low online. I attempted to obtain customer care from their store to assist me have it down-loaded via web talk and telephone.

I wasn't approached before following day. An associate of the tech-support group approached me considerably later 24 hours later and arrived at discover he couldn't talk clear language. Their assistance and directions to assist me obtain the product was of no avail. It was still yet un online. After invested hrs and several efforts to down-load and obtain more customer care for the product. These were non-responsive.

I'd repeatedly experimented with contact them by telephone following a substantial run-around.

Eventually after much frustration I requested them to get a reimbursement and submitted a with paypal. They rejected my request a reimbursement two times after my initial purchase on the basis of the reasons I had been reluctant to simply accept the help of their assistance group with this item. Based on their plan they declare they'll not return my income.

A) the client support group for the corporation is extremely bad and, many of them don't talk distinguishable language. (Not favorable to sufficiently help an item of the kind).

W) when you purchase their item/providers they're impossible to provide you with a reimbursement under any conditions.

D) this kind of company on the internet is authorized robbery and scam. Don't conduct business with one of these people. You'll not obtain that which you taken care of and certainly will not obtain a reimbursement for the cash.
