Fred stated that you are to respond to customer service complaints within onebusiness day. I have been trying to contact you every day for the past threeweeks. So not only have you stolen my money, kept my order, jerked me aroundfor months, then ignored me; you're company's promise is a lie. You guys are abunch of crooks.

Its been two and a half months since Ive ordered from Telegaleria. I've fileda complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My next step will be a ClassAction Lawsuit, for all of the people you screwed over; and an Online RetailFraud Lawsuit under California State Law, as your company is holding $667.50 ofmy money and/or purchased merchandise, and the amount that you have taken outof my bank account for no product in return, is considered a felony. With yourreputation and hundreds of similar stories accounted for on everyscam-reporting website online, along with my lawyer and proof of fraudulentintent, Fred will be looking at thousands in fines and retribution, andpossible loss of his company. All I've asked for, is the product that Iordered. I needed it a month ago, now I need it by tomorrow. If I do notreceive SOMETHING that I ordered by next week, which is being VERY generous onmy part, you will hear from my lawyer, I will continue with the lawsuit, andyou will see this message on every Online Complaint website, until you've beensued as many times as it takes to see you lose your business.

You cannot treat people this way,
