Not honoring a purchase agreement

For not praising an arrangement along with a Purchase Purchase for production ale parts and never spending (2 bills method over-due) once they obtained the components. We've all of the previously communications between us (Trinity) and (Draught Technology) however for the final monthapproximately they'll not recognize emails, text messages, telephone calls (voice messages). We've tried difficult to encourage them to spend over-due bills and draw composed components. We've had 6 inspections from them since starting company and all 6 inspections have now been excessively overdue and we'd to nearly plead to obtain our funds from their website.

We feel we've been deceive from the beginning of the company contract. They solicited us to create these components whenever we were informed their last provider went of company and allow them go out of stock, which we dropped now's false. The day of contract was 12/01. All 3,000 components were to become drawn and paid for inside a 12-month time. There is only one, 233 components ripped inside a 19-month time.
