Positive Return - Acuity Financial
Rip-off! Fake debt settlement

When I signed up with Positive Return/Acuity Financial I was told that I would pay no fees upfront. They would settle my debt and help re-establish my credit immediately. All of this was a lie!

Positive Return does not "pool" their clients debt together and pay it off, they take your money and stall the process! They do not maintain contact with your creditors, you have to force them to negotiate period! I have requested statements repeatedly and received nothing!

They are deceitful and before settling any debt they took $1,000 for a retainer fee! They settled one account for more than I originally owed, their excuse was that there were so many fees added to the original principal that this was the lowest Capital One would settle for.

I was told it would take over 30 days to refund me the money left in my account which is less than half of what I have paid to Positive Return, minus the one settlement. I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General to report this company.
