Rude CSR & Marketing Manage

Black Friday 11/25 at 16.55 pm I was at Duluth store. I was so excited to buy a crock pot but was mistreated by the CSR. She scanned the product and very rudely said that I have to pay $29.98 instead of the sale price on the newspaper. I requested to call a manager when she didn't want to match the price as it was advertised. The marketing mgr, Anthony Handerson, was called and he also said "You have to pay $29.98." I traveled back home and brought the ad and she still refused to match the price. She continued to bring others into the situation but not the mgr. Once the floor mgr arrived she matched the price. No apologies were given and they were very rude to me and disrespectful to my time.
