Angela Richards, Owner of Junior Soles, requested freelance writing work from me. I took the gig and completed the job on time.

Beforehand, she specifically agreed to pay me, regardless of whether or not she used the work. After I submitted it, she tried to back out. When I asked her what the problem was, she said that she liked the information, but wanted a different tone - a tone that was not possible with the topic that she requested.

We eventually agreed on a kill-fee of about 1/3 of the bill, even though she originally agreed to pay in full. She hasn't even paid the kill fee and has gone quiet, despite repeated attempts to contact her.
