AJ Styles, Roe Writers Beware - Three Months Later, No Payment Even with Signed Contract

Cremation Options: A. J styles contacted me by telephone for a freelance writing assignment in November. I provided my company's standard contract for services, minus the kill fee.

I received a batch of 25 seoarticle assignments at a rate of $15 per article. I submitted the entire batch in a period of 10 days; I started working on the second batch of 25 articles.

As of today, Feb. 2, I have not received payment for my services. Aj kept postponing the payment for various reasons, and even cleverly asked me to submit the second batch of 25 articles so that I could 'be paid for both batches simultaneously.' I have asked to be paid for the first batch before sending more.

I suspect of course that the company is unscrupulous and is targeting freelance writers hoping for work in troubled times. I'm not holding my breath, but am rather turning this over to my collections attorney on Feb. 15... But wanted to warn any other writers out there who may be victimized.

I too suspect this trio of roe, joe and aj is taking advantage of freelance writers and probably the gullibility of families in mourning by misleading and unethically deceiving people.

Writers, beware!
