Tina Soora No product sent, ripped off, no refund sent, communication ceased

I made a purchase from bigstyleclothing.com on May 7th of a jacket and a pair of jeans, which cost approximately $200AUD. It was an international purchase, so I allowed several weeks for the parcel to arrive, but it never did.

I opened communication with the site/store and was told that it was a postal company issue and later that I would receive a refund after a certain time, if they could not get the purchased items to me. After that I received no further communications from them and my emails after that point were ignored.

Due to the amount of time I gave the parcel to arrive because of the distances involved, Paypal, (through which I made the purchase), now refuses to help me, or lodge a dispute for me against the fraudulent store.

The owner of this store Tina Soora, continues to ignore my emails requesting either the items I purchased, or the promised refund. Bigstyleclothing.com continues to operate, both on ebay and their own online storefront.
