Ideal Resurfacing, owned by Justino Conreteras resurfaces bathtubs and counter tops. Justino was very dependable and the work he did was satisfactory. Justino had me give several recommendations for him to potential customers, in which I gladly did. However, since his business has grown, he has given a less than average work performance, and has shown to be completely unreliable about showing up to an appointment. His resurfacing on some bathtubs started to peel and his guarantee to fix any problems has not been honored. I called him several times and he promised to show up several times to fix the problem and had been scheduled to resurface another, yet he never showed up and has never returned any emails or phone calls.
