AT&T, YP.com Ripoff - Scam - No Cancelation

I mistakenly signed up for an iron-clad contract for one year at $35 a month, $420 for one year. During the year, I got one phone call for our pet sitting business, which they did not hire us for. This was the only call we ever got in the entire year, so we made $0 money, but still had to pay the $35 every month!

I talked with YP people on the phone and filled out the official complaint forms online, but I could not cancel my account or get a refund. Please do not sign up for YP.com unless you have money to burn on a gamble! Put your ad in your local newspaper instead.
