MerchNow refund did not come through - pre orders

This website told me that my address which I use to receive other products from other companies was invalid and asked for a new address and to be allowed to charge shipping. I asked for a refund they told me it would be taken care of and also sent me a email confirming a refund. My bank statement days after shows only the withdrawl from this company and not the refund. If my money is not returned by Monday (7/15) I will be filling a lawsuit.
