Late fees - not receiving ebills! - Credit ebilling practice

I have EXCELLENT CREDIT but with Khol's ever since I signed up for ebilling I DO NOT receive my bills. I am NEVER LATE on any CC payments and always pay off ALL charges monthly - never have a balance or pay interest. I have NO PROBLEMS with any OTHER department store or credit card in receiving my ebills. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that I have been charged a LATE FEE because KHOL'S does NOT send ebills. I called and the customer service person insisted it went to my SPAM... I CHECK my SPAM it never went there. I will no longer use my khols charge. I feel they do this on purpose to make $ SHAME ON KHOLS - you lost a customer... But probably do not care.
