Kohl's Credit Card

I have shopped at Kohl's for about 10 years and have had their store credit card since 2007.in I moved and my mail was fowarded incorrectly and I missed several credit card statements to pay. Every credit card account except Kohl's was very understanding to waive late fees and not report me as having paid several weeks late. Not only did they charge me a late fee for the $63 bill that I missed paying on time, but they have reported me as paying 30 days late to all 3 credit bureaus every month since then even after I explained that it was a mix up. What is wrong with these people? I no longer shop there or use their card. They try to sign up as many people as they can in the store and claim they will give so many discounts but their customer service is terrible as are their inflexible policies
