Unfair treatment

I returned to the Dunkin Donuts on 24 Shunpike Rd in Cromwell to complain that my Hazelnut Coffee Coolatta was too sweet and they told me that I'd need my receipt. So I left the coffee there and went home to get the receipt from my husband only to learn that the machine had run out of tape and he wasn't able to get a receipt with his purchase. When I returned to tell them, the manager had left and the girl at the window wouldn't do anything for me. So I was out a coffee coolatta and $3. Apparently, my husband had gone inside to the register and I went outside to the window, but I wasn't about to go back again with the cost of gas prices. So I just vowed to never go to that DD location again and my husband spends a lot of money there! He goes every day he has off from work including weekends. So I told him to ban all DD until this situation is resolved.
