Would not refund money from items returned

Biggerbras.com charged me for an item that I did not receive and then never told me that I was charged for it. They called and wanted me to take a store credit. Put in two orders and returned the majority of the orders unworn. I followed their refund policy and I said I wanted it refunded to my cc. I found out that I was given a store credit. I emailed, left voice mails. Yes you are correct the customer service only takes voice mails and does not answer your phone call. That was red flag #1. I have kept records of all of the communication. I did receive a phone call yesterday saying I was going to get the refund back as of yesterday. As of 07/03 no refund. I researched them on the internet for complaints and they do this to alot of people. Tell them they are going to get a refund and then never do. And Biggerbras do not communicate with the customer. So I called the credit card company and am disputing the charges and will fax all the information in and documentation of the issue. Messed with the wrong person.
