Extremely slow to deliver gift card

I ordered a gift card on 12/9.13 days later, no card. So I called and the cs rep said that I should receive the card by the 27th (after Christmas). Obviously the word "Gift" in Gift Card has another meaning with Kohls. Assuming it was in the mail, I asked "How can I track it in the mail?" Answer, "You can't"."OOOOK, then when did you mail it?". Response: Pause - "We don't have that information!". Really? Here's my translation of what the Kohl's rep said: "Your card hasn't been mailed yet. So what if its 3 days before Christmas... Who cares!" Or is it that Kohls' right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing? I was astounded by this company's utter incompetence and lack of concern to provide any decent customer service. I became concerned that I was part of a scam, so I decided to cancel the order. But according to the rep, I can not cancel. They may think that they can play "Big Bully", but I have already notified the credit card company. Sorry Kohls, this time, you lose!
