Kaufman's Wedding World
SHERIF'S SALE - store is closed!

I am another very unhappy bride attempting to deal with Kaufman's (in Allentown/Whitehall PA). I will admit that everyone was always polite, however polite only goes so far. My phone calls are never returned. I have called several times a week (off and on to give them a break) and always am told "I will call you back today". They never called.

I went over to the store on Monday night. The store is officially closed (they say they "relocated" to Lancaster). However, the white form on the door is posted that the store is under SHERIF'S SALE.

I began calling other locations only to get voice mail (I could no longer reach a human) each time and I left messages. I called their main Customer Service line and received an Out Of Service response. A few days later and not one of my messages has resulted in a return phone call.

For all the other brides in the same boat as me, have a backup plan for those dresses! Good luck getting your dresses or refunds because I'm pretty much doubting I'll ever see mine.

* I am not giving specific details at this time as I am still trying to get this resolved (doubts are high since I have been calling for over 2 months with no response). I will post a follow-up if I ever do get one.
