A prepayment of $1000.00 was paid for three "media blitzes". Two were conducted and the third one was never done. I have tried several times to contact them by phone and by email but they will not pick up the phone, return phone calls or return emails. This is a very dishonest way to conduct business. Pre paying for services is somewhat unethical.
