Group Ripoff, dishonest, failed to deliver product, still no refund

Logsdon Media Group contacted an agent I do business with and he asked me to join in the marketing. They would print cards with various ads and you pay for the size you picked. They were to hand these out to people relocating to our area. Logsdon ripped all of us off as they took our money and never delivered a product. I tried to contact them repeatedly and spoke to Michael Casanova, Brandon Logsdon, Jason Folkson and Tony and constantly got the run around. The agent saw a proof but it was a horrible job and refused to approve it. I never was contacted except to get my money. The agent had no authority to review my proof and I never received anything from them. I called them at least 20 times and emailed repeatedly with most coming back to me because the email was full. Mr Logsdon himself told me when I called his cell phone that he would refund my money to me.

I then put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Logsdon finally did respond and eventually said they would refund my money, but they never have. I got no where with this.

Logsdon is nothing but a ripoff and everyone involved sent the BBB a complaint but none of us have received any money back. They also lied to me when they said a very high producing realtor used their service. I went to see her and asked if she used them. She never has used them so they misrepresented themselves to all of us. I am furious and I want my money back. Anyone thinking of using a marketing company that calls you, check them out thoroughly. This company had no complaints with the BBB so I had no way of knowing what would happen. Do not use logsdon media group!!!
