After reading many unsatisfied customers, I can say that my experience was a positive one. The flowers were ordered on time, and I was told that the arrangement was quite lovely. However, I do not like their trick of offering you a BIG discount and then turning you over to an monitoring service that automatically takes money from your account every month unless you call to cancel. I noticed it right away and canceled before any harm was done.
