I bought some flowers online for mothers day from blooms today, they hit you with this special offer to become a blooms reward customer by receiving 50% off of your flowers by signing up for their newsletter type deal. Never stating they will charge you monthly. So you purchase your flowers, then notice that they charge you the 50% price, plus a separate charge of 9.95, which is the hidden fees. They are going to debit your account monthly for 9.95 every single month and never send you a thing in the mail regarding anything. They don't tell you about the fees up front and they get your infomation from the credit card you use to check out and buy the flowers with. It is a major scam and is ridiculous. I called to cancel my subscription or whatever it was called and the associate was rude and unkind. She basically told me i would have to eat the past 2 months fees of 9.95 b/c i knew what i was getting into, but however they don't mail you anything at home b/c it is a strictly online service. No wonder, they do not want you to know they are debiting your account monthly. I told her i was not happy and was turning this over to the better business bureau and her responce, get this..."okay cool mam thank you." rude is not the word i would describe for miss. Ashely at blooms reward today, so do not go to this website www.bloomstoday.com and buy anything b/c it is only a scam and the flowers are not worth a crap anyways.
