6 months and no payment

I haven't received payment for my watch which was sold over 6 months ago. They rarely respond to emails and absolutely do not answer the phone. I have since moved to CA. I am seriously considering filing a report with the Atlanta Police Dept.

I cannot afford an attorney.

Any help?
