Miscellaneous

On September 27th, I shipped a Cartier Platinum-Tank A Vis-limited edition watch to WatchBrokers.com, attention Albert Gentilini.

In December Eric Tosso of Watchbrokers.com advised me that he had an offer on my watch. I entered into an agreement with WatchBrokers.com, which was executed on 12/5. Per the agreement, I was suppose to receive payment on my watch, within six (6) months, from the date of sale.

As of today, July 28, no payment has been received.

I have over 20 emails, with various individuals at WatchBrokers.com, confirming payment would be forthcoming... To-date... Nothing...

It is time to file a class action lawsuit and go after this fraudulent activity, including the President and Owner-RJ Bergh, Eric Tosso and all others who have been active in this fraudulent action.

I look forward to moving forward on this. Maybe it is also time for CBS 60 minutes to run story?

I await your response.

Thank you

Jae
