Rip-off! They ignored my calls and e-mails for FOUR months and never refunded my money EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. Nj

I ordered a jacked in at the end of March and returned it in exchange for another item within the 30-day grace period. Weeks later, after not receiving the exchange item, I confirmed that they recieved the jacket to be exchanged. I then left over 20 voicemails and emailed them several times to no avail.

I finally had contact with the company via Live Chat after waiting for 25 minutes. The representative said she was researching my account and would call me later, but never did. The next time I tried Live Chat it miraculously didn't work anymore.

Next I emailed them threatening to file a report with usacomplaints.com and the BBB. The same day I received an email stating that they had issued me a refund and my account would be credited. Three weeks later I emailed them again and threatened them once more. This time they said they were mailing me a check. It's been over a month and I have not received the check.

Just-Leather.com ripped me off for $80. I pleaded with them stating I am a college student and could not afford to lose my money. They have no sympathy for anyone and they will rip you off. Beware!
