Com took money without delivering merchandise as stated Invalid FedEx tracking numbe

On 10/7/04, I ordered a leather jacket from Just-Leather.com. And received email confirmation of my order. On 10/10/04, I received an email stating that my order had shipped via FedEx Ground, and should arrive in one week. However, I did not receive it. I checked the sight to find out that this ment Business days only. I called and received no return call from their "screening answering system." On 10/22/04, I then received another email that my payment had processed through my bank account.

I tried calling again, and went online to leave a message on their web chat site. It's then that I discovered your website when I did a search for their website again. I emailed them and left a phone message letting them know that I had not received my jacket, and that I had concerns about the information on your sight. I immediately received a call from Jeff, saying that my jacket had been sent out the day before and should arrive in 3 days. He said they don't send their orders until payment is received from the credit card. That's fine I said, but I hadn't received my merchandise. Well, a week has passed — still no jacket. I emailed them for confirmation of the FedEx tracking number, which appears invalid by Fed Ex.

I can't believe this really happens, since I shop online all the time, and this was an AOL sponsored site. Does AOL know they're fraudulent? I don't know if I can do a charge back, since I used my bank card from my checking account and it's been paid. I will write the reporting sites of the FBI suggeted on your sites. Please let me know what else I can do.
