I ordered a "mother of the bride" dress that looked like a 5yr old seamstress made it. I am totally dissatisfied with this garment. I contacted the seller and now they are avoiding me

TOTALLY dissatisfied with the quality of this garment. Not at all what I expected... Suppose to be a formal garment instead it looks like something that a 5yr made. Buttons are falling off right out of the bag, appliqus are of very poor quality, back zipper cover is buckled, overall poor quality. I contacted the company immediately and now they will not respond. Will never order from them again and strongly encourage others not to order.
