Lies about delivery time and hard to use website

The website is not set up to do 2 sided cards like it says so I called and yes it is not possible you have to email it to them for them to resend it to you for you to then resend it to them.

When I called I asked how long it would be until I got the cards, they told me 3-4 days. After 5 business days I called and was told that was production time and they we just picked up by FedEx and I can now expect to wait another 5 days till delivered.

The lady was very rude on the phone, refused to give me her name and hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. Had I been told the truth I would have NOT used this company, BIG SCAM!!
