Larson design group is a company that does not respect labor laws and enjoys pushing the limits of what they can get away with. I have filed 2 sexual harassment claims against a coworker and there has not been anything investigations.in fact most people seem to think that it is a joke. The perpetrator even has been bragging he is untouchable and being given a raise in the summer.

I would caution anyone looking to get a job here because the actions of senior management are to ignore serious issues and protect those that are accused of creating a hostile environment for females. And if you do have a job here and are a women please be careful.
