To add to the rip off scenarios already presented; I replied to the "free" offer, received the goods and immediately, via e-mail, cancelled all future shipments and charges to my credit card. The request for cancellation was recieved and agreed to by the company. I continued to recieve the monthly treats, at no charge. I informed them the first few months, and then realized they were incompetent and left it alone. I noticed 8/23/04 I was billed for a monthly shipment, which was 5 months after the cancellation occurred. It is also noticed that their previous e-mail address is no longer working, phone number is not working, and I have no been able to get their site to load for several days.
