Worst Experience I have ever had! Fantastic Sams 1456 Sheldon Road, Plymouth MI 48170

I was subjectd to the worst haircut and color I have ever had but what is worse is when I came back to have it fixed they treated me terribly, 1st the manager yelled at me and told me that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay more than the $100 I already paid then the girl who started to fix my hair treated me terribly pulling at my hair and leaving it dripping wet and incomplete. When I asked her if she was going to finish the toner and dry my hair, she replyed I am off now. The manager (Todd) then looked at me and said NOW LEAVE MY STORE! I have never been so humiliated in my life and left there in tears. I do not wish this poor service on any one and recommend going to a salon where they know what they are doing and treat customers with respect!
