Bagging complaint - Bagging service

Typically I now use the self-service scanners and bag my own groceries. However, today it was very busy and I went through a regular line. There is a reason I use self-serve. The baggers do not know how to bag. They usually don't ask if you want something other than plastic. I almost always bring my own bags. BUT TODAY I did not have them. The bagger crammed all the bottled drinks (6) in a bag and threw a few peppers on top. The she did not bag the carton (1/2 gallon paper box) of milk. The other items went about two to a bag (2 pkgs. Of english muffins in one, two packages of yogurt in another. So the peppers in the drink bag were somewhat smashed and the bag was ready to rip open by the time I got home.

My complaint is that NO ONE seems to care if baggers are trained how to bag. Most baggers don't look at what they are putting in the bag so a loaf of bread may be squashed before it get home.
