Dunkin Donuts
False Advertising - Iced Latte

I purchased a latte at this Dunkin Donuts and did not receive a receipt. Seeing the sign clearly posted at the register saying your order was free if you do not receive one, I went back and told them my drink should be free. They rudely refused, and the cashier, who was now helping another customer, went back and printed a receipt for my order saying something to the effect of "So what? You're drinking it here, right?" No. I wasn't.
The workers at this Dunks are always rude and useless. I'm a repeat customer and their customer service is abhorrent! I intend to do something about their false advertising!
