Dunkin Donuts
Unacceptable

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and the coolattas are to die for. However, this morning I went through the drive thru at Cortland, NY and Millie as usual was her pleasant self but the young lady at the window was not. My total was $6.90 for 2 coffees so I asked her if that was for two coffees and she very abruptly said "yup" and promptly walked away. If that had been the end I would have chalked it up to her having a bad day but unfortunately that wasn't the worst part. I got my "Iced Mocha Latte with skim milk and whipped cream" but I'm not even sure that's what it was as there one, was not whipped cream and two, it looked as if it were chocolate water. The taste was what really killed this experience. I am not a smoker but when you breath in around someone who has been smoking you get a kind of ashy taste... My latte tasted as if I were drinking chocolate ashes. I attempted multiple times throughout the day to drink this liquid but unfortunately could not bring myself to do it. For the amount I spend on a drink like this I should get something that is at least consumable.
