Rude, wrong order all he timet

So far just about everytime I go there they never add any of the flavor I ask for.
This recent time I drove threw order one hot vanilla latte and one iced, I got to the register and was handed two iced coffees, I told her one was a hot latter and she rudely stood there then proceeded to go back and tell the other girls who then started complaining and talking badly like I did something wrong. They brought me my latte which had no sugar or flavor like I asked. Assuming it was intentional. After I apologized for the mix up she rudely shut the window on me!
