Kohls customer service reallly bad!

I was recently informed i was late on a payment, so i quickly went to the store to pay it. Months later I find out the reported it to the credit agency for an 8 dollar chargeZ!!! Reallyy thanks kohls!!! When i called to dispute it the management (glenda) could have cared less, she sounded like a robot spouting offkohls regulations and crap... Never do business with them again.
